Leo Duncan trading as LTHP Cancellation, Refund & Rescheduling Policy

 


At Leo Duncan trading as LTHP (hereinafter referred to as 'LTHP'), my commitment is to provide you with outstanding photography services and a seamless experience. Please review the following policy related to my services for clarity and transparency in our working relationship.

 


Cancellation by Client:
The initial booking fee of 50% of the total session estimate is retained by LTHP in the event of client-initiated cancellations. This deposit covers the reservation of the session date and is non-refundable. Any other money paid by Client may be subject to refund.

 

 

Rescheduling:
If you need to reschedule your session, please contact LTHP as soon as possible to discuss options. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur an additional fee. The following terms apply:

 

1.Rescheduling Fee: If the Client requests to reschedule the photography session after the contract has been signed, a rescheduling fee of £25.00 will apply. This fee is due at the time of rescheduling.
 

2.Rescheduling Window: The Client may reschedule up to 2 days before the scheduled session date. Any requests for rescheduling made within 2 days of the scheduled session date will not be accommodated, and the Client must proceed with the originally scheduled date.
 

3.Failure to Pay Rescheduling Fee: Failure to pay the rescheduling fee at the time of rescheduling may result in session cancellation, with the booking fee being regarded as liquidated damages and forfeited.

 


Cancellations by LTHP:
In the unlikely event that LTHP needs to cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, and to ensure the continuity of your photography needs, LTHP will also endeavor to find a suitable replacement photographer. In the absence of a suitable reschedule or a replacement photographer, a full refund of all payments made by the client will be provided.

 

 

Weather-Related Rescheduling:
In the event of adverse weather conditions that, in the professional judgment of LTHP, may compromise the safety or quality of the photography session, the rescheduling fee mentioned in ‘Rescheduling’ may be waived. LTHP reserves the right to assess weather conditions and make a determination on whether rescheduling is necessary. This decision will be communicated to the Client as promptly as possible. If rescheduling is required due to weather and no suitable alternative date can be agreed upon, the provisions outlined in the "Cancellations by LTHP" section will apply.

 


Communication:
All cancellations and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to contact@lthp.co.uk. Please allow us up to 2 days to respond to your request.
